UX Designer and Project ManagerRetro//vrs : Web3 Luxury Ecommerce March 2024
Retrovrs is the first web3 Luxury Asset Hub that allows luxury fashion consumers to gain lifetime equity through the luxury fashion collections they currently own in the form of “digital twins” allowing users to fully monetize their assets via multiple revenue streams through cryptocurrency.

The site builds a community of luxury buyers and resalers through an embedded and secure authentication process that protects the community from counterfeit transactions.

Our design challenge was to develop a web design curated to luxury resale users’ shopping preferences.
The solution our team developed for RETRO//VRS’ web strategy treats luxury assets as tradeable cultural artifacts to engage shoppers through community interaction.

  • Project management
  • Web strategy

Product Designer Creative Directer, Project ManagerBon Appetit: Tabletop Arcade GameDecember 2023
Bon Appetit: a retro single-player arcade game that will test your taste in food and more using a multisensory approach. In this choose-your-adventure style game you will experience a bougie day in NYC where your choices reveal your sense of taste.

Does good taste exist? Can we typify our sense of taste into a binary categorization of good or bad? If your stylistic choices could be measured and categorized what would it say about you? Our physical sense of taste is rarely ever categorized as good or bad. Instead our preferences in our physical sense of taste are considered to be personal and are not judged by a binary metric. This product whimsically collides users’ asthetic sense of taste with their physical sense of taste to reveal something about the user and something about our conceptions of style and preference.

I led the team product and UX design for Bon Appetit including tasks like

  • Concept and Visual design
  • Project management
  • Product Design
  • UX Design
  • Gameplay
  • Accessibility consideration
  • Sound Design

UX Design & ResearchNASA/ARISA- Eclipse SoundscapesApril 2024- Ongoing
The Eclipse Soundscapes Project is a NASA Citizen Science project that is studying how eclipses affect life on Earth during the October 14, 2023, annular solar eclipse and the April 8, 2024, total solar eclipse. Eclipse Soundscapes will revisit an eclipse study from almost 100 years ago that showed that animals and insects are affected by solar eclipses! Through modern technology, ES will use public help for data analysis to continue to study how solar eclipses affect life on Earth!

NASA/ARISA asked our team to assist them in creating a WCAG-compliant accessibility report for their current user flow and to develop an accessible alternative in case their current system is not inclusive of low-vision and blind users. My role included

  • Accessibility focused User Research
  • WCAG Compliant wireframes of the new design system

Director, DocumentarianRoad To HomeMay 2023
Road To Home is a multimedia gallery exhibition where you, the protagonist, are led by sonic and visual narrators to leave home, only to find it again, in a once unknown place.

Road To Home merges the tactile and the abstract through a virtual and live experience. When entering the physical landscape of your road to home, you are the arbiter and yet the helpless passenger. On this road, every part of the journey exists at one point in time. The exhibition was showcased at the RLab at Brooklyn Navy Yard. I worked as director and documentarian of the exhibit’s installation and performance. Tasks of my role included:

  • Director
  • Editor
  • Exhibit design
